Free email support is limited to requests relating to existing Kenz Kart modules.

Feature requests and support requests may be logged at ticket system at http://www.kenzkart.com/support, please use the correct heading when lodging a ticket

Tasks are grouped into a matrix depending on the urgency of the request and the level of experience required to perform the task. Tasks that require specialist staff to assist will cost more. For tasks that do not require specialist staff but are actually performed by one of our specialists the lower rate will apply.

We observe all Australian and Thai/Buddhist holidays

• Normal business hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri (excluding holidays)
• Extended hours: 5:00pm – 10:30pm Mon – Fri (excluding holidays)
• Tasks performed by specialist staff that do not require the expertise of specialist staff are charged at the lower rate.
• Scheduling times and resource allocation are at the sole discretion of KGB eCommerce. The rate charged will be the lower of the time when the task is performed or the requested level.

 Terms and Conditions Credit usage

• Credits are valid for one year after purchase
• Credits are not transferable to another entity. Credits may only be used on KGB products directly owned and controlled by the purchaser.
• Resellers may purchase credits on behalf of their clients but must nominate the target store at purchase.
• You must nominate a valid store at purchase. Failure to do so may result in the credits being deemed invalid by KGB eCommerce or an administration fee of 1 credit being applied to adjust our records.
• Credits must be pre-purchased and paid for in full BEFORE support is provided;
• Support Credit payments can only be made online through our webstore at http://kgb.com.au/ccstore/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=298
• KGB eCommerce may estimate how long a support task may take before starting and may require purchase of additional credits before commencing work.
• Unused support credits may be applied to other KGB products owned by the purchaser.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to all other Terms and Conditions published on www.kgb.com.au
